It was then and there, that Madame Yuzu ice cream was born and first served at Japanese restaurants frequented by sushi lovers.
Madame Yuzu ice cream celebrates the craft of nostalgic classics and tantalising new favourites of Japan. Flavour inspirations are drawn closely from the preserved delights of traditional old town Kyoto, through to the bright and bizarre palates of bustling Tokyo, Osaka and Hokkaido.
Our focus is to recreate the same thought-provoking tasting experience from the place of well kept secrets, meticulously applying artisanal techniques - one batch at a time - using honest ingredients.
