 A scheduled hunt for the not-so-vanilla last course in
 an attempt to satiate the appetite has become the norm.
 Perhaps we all clamoured silently in the dessert landscape

It was then and there, that Madame Yuzu Ice Cream
 was born and first served at Japanese restaurants
 frequented by sushi lovers.
Who is Madame Yuzu? She is a symbol of adaptability.
 No matter where she is, she lives to entice the locals and
 enthrall with Japanese precision.
 Our focus is to recreate the same thought-provoking
 tasting experience from the place of well kept secrets,
 meticulously applying artisanal techniques –
 one batch at a time – using honest ingredients.
Madame Yuzu celebrates the nostalgic classics and
 tantalising new favourites of Japan. Flavour inspirations are
 drawn closely from the preserved delights of traditional
 old town Kyoto, through to the bright and bizarre
 palates of bustling Tokyo, Osaka and Hokkaido.
